I Built What I Couldn’t Find.
Built to Figure Things Out.
I grew up in small-town Alabama without the money for the gaming PC I wanted—so I learned to build one. Navy service sharpened that instinct: understand the system, solve the problem, and keep moving.

From Burnout to Autonomy.
Mayo cardiac-transplant nursing taught me precision. Primary care showed me the cost of insurance red tape, rushed visits, and too little support. During the pandemic I reached the breaking point—72-hour stretches, three jobs, and survival mode. I stopped waiting for the system to change and built a different one.

Clinician. Educator. Builder.
My doctoral work centered on direct primary care. As a DNP, board-certified family nurse practitioner, educator, and founder, I translate clinical complexity into practical steps clinicians can actually use.
